Transition Manager - BPO (HR)

Location: Remote + Remote + US Domestically and International Travel

 Role responsibilities overview; Overall responsibility for the transition and integration of all workstreams for all Waves, tech implementation if any and transformation in-line with the IBM solution as contracted with the Client. Responsible for scheduling and monitoring of IBM resources to ensure consistent performance to meet all project objectives. Coordinates requirements and deliverables as needed with clientcounterpart Plan and run IBM Internal and Client related Governance, risk assessment & reporting. Responsible for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements for the overall Transition project, according to the project plan or charter. Enables the Transition Management System and Governance Provides overall direction to workstream transition leads on integrated project plan and program management processes (status reporting, risk and issue management reporting, transition deliverables management, etc.). Interlocks project plan across workstreams and responsible for integration of process design across all workstreams. Responsible for creation of overall strategy documents applied across all centers and workstreams (ie, test strategy, cutover strategy, etc.) Responsible for management and reconciliation of transition cost against approved cost case. Escalation point for issues and risks prior to escalation to DPE/, PE, etc.as defined by project escalation procedures.
