Key Responsibilities
· Analyze warehouse and logistics business processes (Inbound, Outbound, Internal Movements, Picking, Packing, Shipping).
· Translate business requirements into SAP EWM functional designs and system configurations.
· Lead blueprinting and solution design workshops with business users.
· Configure warehouse structure (warehouse number, storage types, sections, bins, activity areas).
· Set up inbound/outbound delivery processes, staging, waves, and picking strategies.
· Configure HANDLING UNITS (HU), PACKAGING SPECIFICATIONS, RF FRAMEWORK, AND LABOR MANAGEMENT.
· Support yard management and slotting/rearrangement where applicable.
· Integrate SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC (MM, SD, PP).
· Work with technical teams on IDocs, qRFCs, and interface troubleshooting.
· Coordinate with automation systems (RF scanners, conveyors, AS/RS, third-party WMS).
· Prepare functional specifications and test scripts.
· Execute unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
· Support cutover, go-live, and post–go-live hypercare activities.
· Provide ongoing production support and continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Supply Chain).
· Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
· Train warehouse users and super users.
Required Qualifications
· 6+ years of SAP consulting experience with 6+ years in SAP EWM.
· Strong hands-on experience with SAP EWM configuration (embedded or decentralized).
· Deep understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
· Experience integrating EWM with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience working in US-based enterprise environments.
