Teamcenter Functional Consultant (Teamcenter 2412 V26)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Functional Consultant to lead the implementation, configuration, and adoption of Siemens Teamcenter 2412 (V26). The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, configure Teamcenter solutions, support testing, and drive successful user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and business process workshops.

• Facilitate process design for BOM, Change Management, Part Management, and Compliance.

• Configure Teamcenter data model, workflows, lifecycle rules, revision rules, and access policies.

• Configure core Teamcenter modules, including:

  • Document Management

  • BOM Management

  • Change Management

  • Classification

  • Schedule Manager

• Prepare functional specifications and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Support development teams by clarifying functional requirements.

• Plan and execute Functional Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate defect resolution.

• Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.

• Support data migration planning, validation, and deployment activities.

• Collaborate with technical teams supporting Linux-hosted Teamcenter environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience implementing Siemens Teamcenter in a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst role.

• Strong experience configuring:

  • Data Model

  • Workflows

  • Lifecycle Management

  • Access Manager

• Experience with at least two of the following modules:

  • Document Management

  • BOM Management

  • Change Management

  • Classification

  • Manufacturing Process Planner (MPP)

• Strong requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills.

• Experience preparing functional design and specification documents.

• Ability to work closely with technical teams in Linux-based Teamcenter environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Teamcenter 2412 (V26) or recent 24xx releases.

• Active Workspace configuration experience.

• Data migration from legacy PDM/PLM systems.

• Integration experience with NX, Solid Edge, SAP, or Oracle ERP.

• Siemens Teamcenter Functional Certification.

• Experience in Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, or High-Tech industries.
