Implementation Analyst

1. Executive Summary

Key Responsibilities: Lead interface mapping, payload configuration, and API/webhook integration workflows, validating system connectivity and message formatting across sandbox, staging, and production environments.

Client & Partner Engagement: Act as the primary technical point of contact during onboarding phases—facilitating implementation kickoffs, troubleshooting data synchronization bottlenecks, and tracking integration deliverables to completion.

Technical Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions integration, or technical support, with solid hands-on knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML schemas, Postman/cURL, and SQL queries.

Bonus Skills: Familiarity with institutional fintech protocols (e.g., ISO 20022, FIX), cloud-based SaaS integrations, webhook event management, or prior exposure to digital assets, wallets, and blockchain infrastructure.

2. Detailed Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end technical implementation activities between external third-party systems (custodians, liquidity providers, core banking) and Fiserv's Digital Assets platform.

Map data specifications, payload formats (JSON, XML), and transaction workflows to ensure seamless bi-directional synchronization.

Perform functional validation, test execution, and API verification using Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and automated testing utilities.

Triage and troubleshoot integration errors, authentication issues (OAuth2, mTLS, API keys), and network connectivity bottlenecks across sandbox and live environments.

Create and maintain technical integration guides, field mapping matrices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and release checklists.
