Summary

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ETL SDET with 12+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Python, PySpark, ETL, SQL, and the healthcare domain. The role focuses on designing and implementing robust test strategies, building automation frameworks, and ensuring data quality across cloud and big data environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ETL testing, cloud platforms, and working within Agile teams. Key Responsibilities Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback and ensure testability Develop and implement test strategies for complex data and ETL initiatives Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities Design and build automation test frameworks for ETL and data pipelines Develop and execute automated test scripts using Python and PySpark Validate data quality and integrity across ETL processes and data pipelines Identify, document, and track defects through resolution Collaborate with cross-functional and business teams to ensure alignment and quality outcomes Support testing activities in cloud environments and big data ecosystems Required Qualifications 12+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in ETL testing and automation Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark Hands-on experience with ETL processes and tools (e.g., Informatica) Strong SQL skills with experience handling large datasets Experience testing in cloud environments, including AWS S3 Experience with test automation and DevOps practices in ETL and cloud environments Experience working in big data ecosystems and data lakehouse architectures Ability to develop automation frameworks and test cases using scripting languages Experience working in Agile environments Strong communication skills for collaboration with business and cross-functional teams Experience in healthcare domain Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with DBT (Data Build Tool) or similar data transformation tools Experience providing testing oversight in Agile teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Education: Bachelors Degree
