Job Description

We are seeking experienced Project / Program Delivery professionals with strong IT project and program management experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, project documentation, roadmaps, status reporting, stakeholder management, deliverables, and product/user-story management.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting and driving project/program delivery activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing project deliverables, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in IT Project Management / Program Management / Project Delivery
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments
• Experience managing project/program deliverables and timelines
• Strong knowledge of project artifacts and documentation
• Experience creating and maintaining project roadmaps
• Strong experience with status reporting and project tracking
• Experience coordinating deliverables across multiple teams
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Experience working with product management and user stories
• Ability to coordinate with technical and business teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate IT projects and program delivery activities
• Plan, track, and monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and project objectives
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps and delivery plans
• Prepare regular project status reports and communicate project progress
• Maintain project artifacts, documentation, action items, and decision logs
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers and coordinate appropriate resolutions
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Agile delivery processes
• Work with product teams on user stories, priorities, and requirements
• Track sprint and release-level activities and ensure alignment with project goals
• Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and other stakeholders
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed requirements and timelines
• Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders
