Job Description
Trusted Space is seeking a Senior Software Developer with a Bachelor's degree or higher and 8+ years' experience to join our team.
  • Supports program objectives to include software development in a classified environment
  • Works with users to define existing or new system scope and objectives. Provides analytical support and technical advice during the conceptualization, development, and implementation phases.
  • Assists in the review and evaluation of systems and software for adherence to government or commercial directives, standards, guidelines, and criteria concerning software safety and systems safety.
  • Comfortable building C++ programs from the ground up.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 8+ years in software engineering or related experience
  • 4 years of experience with C++ (preferably C++17 or newer) and CMake
  • 4 years of experience with Python 3
  • Strong understanding of multi-threading and concurrent programming concepts
  • Ability to work in Linux environments and with Linux kernel modules
  • Must have the ability to architect software solutions using new and novel concepts with high degree of autonomy
  • An active Top Secret/SCI clearance

Desired Skills
  • Familiarity with GPU processing
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodology
  • Experience with Rust development
  • Experience with various frameworks and libraries including ArrayFire, BitFlow SDK, Azure DevOps, NumPy, RabbitMQ (or other messaging systems), OpenGL, Azure ML, ONNX Framework
  • Experience with database programming (e.g. MongoDB)
  • Experience with containerization and build containers (e.g. Docker)

Salary Range: The salary range for this role is $165,000-$200,000. Please note that this range is a general guideline and can vary. Trusted Space, LLC considers several factors when extending an offer including, but not limited to: scope, location, position responsibilities, education/training, key skills and business considerations .
