Job Description:
3 6 years of experience in technical writing, systems analysis, or a related role
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud-native systems
Ability to read and understand code, architecture diagrams, and ADRs
Excellent written communication and editing skills
Experience with documentation tooling (Markdown, GitHub, Confluence, etc.)
Strong collaboration skills with engineering and architecture teams
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices
Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Experience with project tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
The Analyst (Technical Writer) is responsible for producing, maintaining, and improving technical documentation that supports developers, users, and stakeholders. This role ensures clarity, consistency, and accuracy across customer-facing, internal, and architectural documentation, working closely with engineering leadership.
Core Responsibilities:
Create and maintain technical documentation including:
Architecture overviews
API and integration guides
User and customer-facing documentation
Internal engineering and operational guides
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, consumable content
Partner with engineers to document designs, ADRs, and workflows
Ensure documentation aligns with governance and compliance standards
Review and edit documentation produced by engineering teams
Maintain documentation repositories and versioning practices
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
Collaborate closely with engineering, infrastructure, QA, product, and business teams
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality metrics
Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
Identify roadblocks and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery
Provide regular project status updates to leadership and stakeholders
Ensure project compliance with organizational standards, security, and governance guidelines
Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party deliverables (if applicable)
Drive continuous improvement in project processes and team collaboration
