Senior Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a hybrid Senior Program Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This is a company-wide, mission-critical role leading a major back-office platform replacement for multiple brands. The PM will oversee vendor evaluation, migration planning, and execution for one of the largest transformation efforts in the organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end back office systems migration
* Support vendor evaluation and contract transition
* Manage large-scale data, process, and operational change
* Coordinate executive stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams
* Drive execution under intense timelines and complexity
* Ensure business continuity throughout migration

REQUIREMENTS:
* Extensive experience leading back office system migrations
* Proven ability to manage high-pressure, enterprise-scale programs
* Strong executive communication and decision-making skills
* Exceptional organizational and risk management capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP or equivalent senior-level certification
* Multiple prior back office transformations
* Experience with restaurant or retail enterprise systems

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
