Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, planning, and optimization of completions for unconventional wells, ensuring alignment with geological and reservoir objectives
  • Provide technical leadership to deliver wells safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate closely with drilling, subsurface, operations, and external teams to support multi-well development programs and innovation initiatives
  • Develop detailed completions engineering designs and oversee all phases of well planning and execution
  • Support field operations through surveillance, troubleshooting, and implementing continuous improvement strategies
  • Evaluate and incorporate new technologies, providing technical support to ensure operational excellence and safety

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of professional experience in unconventional well completions design, equipment, and operations
  • Extensive knowledge of industry standards, specifications, and best practices
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across disciplines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard engineering tools
  • Fluent in English, with excellent technical and business communication skills
  • High integrity and a safety-focused mindset

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with advanced completion technologies and innovative techniques
  • Familiarity with remote operation centers and field surveillance tools
