Firmware / Embedded with Lab Engineer

Bellevue, WA (Onsite)

 

•  Implement firmware updates for DC-SCM v1.2): Cerberus, BMC/TIP, Manticore to Gen 10 and Gen 11 blades and FPGA (Glacier Peak): Agilex and Cyclone.
•  Assist in testing to identify vulnerabilities and assess firmware resilience.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure firmware updates meet security standards and requirements.
•  Maintain documentation of firmware update processes and security protocols.
•  Ensure Lab & Rack Space Compliance
•  Review Lab Tickets
•  Provide end-to-end technical support for partners and the physical campus.
•  Escalate service incident and outage issues and work to de-escalate owning through resolution.
•  Assist/coordinate hardware and material procurement.
