Role Description:
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, development, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, and HAM modules and be comfortable working with ServiceNow scripting, integrations, scoped applications, and platform automation.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HAM, Incident, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Asset Management
✔️ Develop server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Flow Designer
✔️ Design and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Scripted REST APIs, REST Messages, and middleware
✔️ Develop and maintain scoped applications while following CSDM and platform best practices
✔️ Gather requirements and translate business processes into scalable ServiceNow solutions
✔️ Design workflows, forms, business rules, integrations, and automation solutions
✔️ Perform testing, troubleshooting, upgrades, patches, and production support
✔️ Implement security best practices including ACLs, access controls, security properties, and Health Scan remediation
✔️ Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and provide user/admin training
✔️ Leverage ServiceNow Now Assist, AI-assisted development, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence capabilities
✔️ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and platform optimization
