Location : Remote

Need 14+ years of experience

Role Summary

We are looking for Full stack engineer and AI support engineer who Lead L2 L3 application support and engineering activities Act as the primary customer facing technical lead responsible for incident management release coordination stakeholder communication RCA leadership application stability and continuous improvement initiatives Own technical governance while collaborating with offshore teams to ensure 24x7 operational support

Skill must have:

Kubernetes Consepts and trouble shooting
