Need Clinical Vendor Governance Resource - Ascendion (Remote role):
Resource Requirements
· 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations, vendor management, clinical operations, strategy, consulting, population health, care management, utilization management, or a related healthcare function.
· Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and governance initiatives.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, business case development, and decision-support capabilities.
· Working knowledge of healthcare vendor management, contracting processes, and governance frameworks.
· Ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
· Strong written communication, presentation, facilitation, and executive-ready synthesis skills.
· Experience interpreting operational and financial performance information.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with QuickBase, Power BI, and SharePoint preferred.
Governance and Performance Expectations
· Priorities and deliverables will be reviewed with the reporting manager on an established cadence.
· Performance will be evaluated based on quality, timeliness, completeness, stakeholder coordination, proactive risk management, and adherence to governance standards.
· Work products must be suitable for leadership review and maintained in approved client systems.
· Any material risk to scope, timeline, quality, access, or capacity must be escalated promptly.
