"Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced L3 SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to join our global operations team.
This is a technical support role for SharePoint, focused on incident resolution, request management, admin related troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint Online & OneDrive Administration.
Power Platform with strong troubleshooting skills are also additional skills that we are looking alongside the admin activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle L3-level incidents and service requests related to SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, and other M365 services.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain SharePoint Online infrastructure including site collections, permissions, performance, and compliance.
Manage and resolve sync issues, outages, and performance-related problems across SharePoint and OneDrive.
Administer OneDrive for Business.
Act as an escalation point for junior support staff and contribute to process improvement within the operations team.
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management."

"SharePoint Online:
SharePoint Admin Center operations, site collection provisioning, webpart design.
Permissions and compliance management (tenant, site, and item level).
Performance troubleshooting, outage handling, and diagnostics.
OneDrive for Business:
Deep understanding of OneDrive sync, retention policies, backup/recovery.
Troubleshooting sync issues, large file uploads, and connectivity errors.
Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate):
Resolve issues/cases related to PowerAutomate flow & PowerApps which are connected to the SharePoint site.
Other Microsoft 365 Tools:
Experience with Azure AD, Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
M365 services."
