job summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Application Development Lead to own build-readiness and custom software engineering across our S/4HANA enterprise transformation program. In this role, you will evaluate custom RICEFWX object inventories, lead technical review for functional design specs, and drive application architecture across ABAP for HANA, Fiori, and SAP BTP platforms.

responsibilities:
Lead build-readiness and technical validation for custom ABAP objects, Fiori applications, and RICEFWX inventories.
Author technical development inputs for Functional Design Specifications (FSDs) covering integrations and master data objects.
Validate technical buildability and architecture feasibility across SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP environments.
Partner with Basis, Security, and functional leads to map custom Fiori app roles and estimate development timelines.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of core experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, SAP Fiori, and custom RICEFWX development.
Demonstrated track record reviewing functional specs and leading technical architecture within S/4HANA and BTP landscapes.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Seattle, WA (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN) or Group Reporting custom integration objects.
Knowledge of SAP Access Controls and role-based authorization mapping for Fiori applications.
Strong team coordination capabilities across Basis, Development, and functional workstreams.
