About the Role
Join Google Trust & Safety organization as a Senior Program Manager focused on quality measurement and operational excellence. In this role, you will help design scalable systems, metrics, and reporting frameworks that improve enforcement quality, moderation accuracy, and AI-driven operational processes.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Policy teams to proactively identify quality issues, drive data-informed decisions, and improve operational performance at scale.
What You ll Do
- Build and manage quality measurement frameworks for Trust & Safety operations
- Design dashboards, reporting systems, and operational metrics including precision and recall
- Analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends, risks, and quality gaps
- Lead complex cross-functional programs and stakeholder communication
- Conduct root-cause analysis and drive corrective actions
- Support AI and human labeling quality initiatives
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership teams
- Improve operational workflows and scalable moderation systems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience building metrics, reporting, or operational frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Trust & Safety, fraud, risk, or content moderation experience
- Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI evaluation environments
- Background in quality assurance or operational excellence
- Experience in large-scale technology organizations
