RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Cottonwood Heights, UT that is seeking an IT Delivery Project Manager.
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Delivery Project Manager to lead the successful execution of technology initiatives within a large-scale business transformation program. This individual will oversee multiple IT workstreams and partner closely with program leadership, business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to organizational objectives.
Duties:
* Lead the delivery of multiple IT project workstreams supporting a broader business and operational program
* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define deliverables, and align project objectives
* Build and maintain integrated project plans that align technology activities with key business milestones and readiness requirements
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
* Coordinate delivery efforts across enterprise applications, ERP platforms, data initiatives, cybersecurity programs, infrastructure, networking, and other technology domains
* Monitor and manage critical path activities to ensure successful execution across interconnected project workstreams
* Partner with third-party vendors, consulting partners, and implementation teams to ensure contractual deliverables and project commitments are achieved
* Facilitate governance activities, executive reporting, status updates, Steering Committee presentations, and RAID management
* Drive issue resolution and escalation processes while maintaining project momentum
REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred
* PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification
* 10+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale IT projects and programs
* Demonstrated success overseeing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, resource planning, governance, risk management, and executive communications
* Experience managing technology initiatives involving infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, networking, cloud platforms, or large-scale systems implementations
* Strong background coordinating multiple parallel workstreams with complex interdependencies
* Experience managing Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor performance, contractual obligations, and implementation partners
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities and timelines may shift
* Experience operating within structured PMO or portfolio management environments
* Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance, governance, or security-related initiatives
* Background in manufacturing, industrial, energy, engineering, mining, utilities, or other highly regulated industries
* Experience working across geographically distributed teams and multiple regions
* Understanding of how business operations, enterprise systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity functions interact within large organizations
The ideal candidate is a delivery-focused Project Manager who has successfully led large-scale IT initiatives involving enterprise applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cross-functional stakeholder groups. They possess strong financial and operational management skills, excel at coordinating diverse teams and vendors, and are comfortable providing visibility and governance updates to senior leadership while driving projects through successful completion.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
