Onsite Print Services Specialist to support and maintain a managed print environment across multiple locations. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure printers and multifunction devices operate efficiently while delivering outstanding service to end users.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine maintenance and quality checks on printers and multifunction devices.
- Troubleshoot print-related issues and coordinate escalations when needed.
- Manage toner, paper, supplies, and inventory to prevent downtime.
- Support users with device assistance, training, and service requests.
- Track and document tickets in ServiceNow.
- Coordinate equipment installations, deployments, and relocations.
- Provide support for remote locations and monitor device readiness.
- Maintain operational reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience supporting office equipment, print services, or related operations (5+ years preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience troubleshooting printers, copiers, or other office technology.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management tools.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday as needed.
