The role will operate in a hybrid Business Analyst Project Manager capacity, partnering closely with procurement leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, drive process improvements, and support system-enabled changes within the COUPA Source-to-Pay platform.

Key Responsibilities

  Lead multiple procurement process improvement initiatives, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

  Translate business requirements into system-ready requirements supporting COUPA configuration and enhancements.

  Partner with IT and system administrators on changes across COUPA modules including:

  Lead and coordinate 1-2 supporting business analysts executing the workstream deliverables.

  
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  

  5+ years of experience in procurement-focused business analysis, project management, or process improvement.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and Source-to-Pay processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with procurement technologies (COUPA strongly preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and translate business needs into actionable requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills with both operational practitioners and leadership stakeholders.
