Role:Business System Analyst with Quote / Order Management
Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, testers, and project managers.
- Analyze existing systems and recommend process improvements.
- Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for system enhancements.
- Provide training and support to end users when required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of business process modeling and requirements gathering.
- Experience with SQL, databases, and reporting tools (preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Microsoft Office Suite.
