Description
We are seeking a mid-level, hands-on IT Support Specialist to join a fast-paced, customer-focused IT department. This is a boots-on-the-ground role responsible for imaging, deploying, repairing, and supporting computers and end-user technologies across the facility.
The ideal candidate is highly dependable, technically strong with hardware/software troubleshooting, comfortable working onsite every day, and able to participate in a structured after-hours on-call rotation for emergency support needs.
This is a critical, high-impact role supporting clinical and operational staff, ensuring technology functions reliably so end users can do their jobs without interruption.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
