Job Description:Quevera is seeking a highly skilled
Software Engineer I (DM) with an active
TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph to support mission-critical programs in
Hanover, Maryland. As part of the Secure the Enterprise initiative, you will help modernize the system security evaluation and authorization process through automation, continuous monitoring, and data-driven solutions.
Working alongside a collaborative engineering team, you will develop and maintain analytics that support enterprise data processing and operational success. You'll leverage big data technologies to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely data delivery while supporting mission-critical analytics and data ingestion processes.
As a Software Engineer I (DM), you'll have the opportunity to work with modern analytics platforms, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to innovative data management solutions supporting critical national security missions.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain Pig and PySpark analytics supporting enterprise data processing.
- Review data ingest tickets and collaborate with team members to resolve data processing issues.
- Review merge requests and contribute to code quality and development best practices.
- Ensure the accurate and reliable delivery of data to end users.
- Investigate and troubleshoot data ingestion issues to maintain operational effectiveness.
- Support day-to-day analytics operations and data management activities.
- Contribute to Secure the Enterprise initiatives by supporting automation, continuous monitoring, and data collection throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop reliable and scalable analytics solutions.
Minimum Requirements:- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
- Strong background in analytics development.
- Experience with Pig.
- Experience with PySpark.
Desired Skills:- Experience with patch management and IAVA tracking.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with Java.
- Experience with Scala.
- Experience with Apache NiFi.
- Experience with Ansible.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
