Voice Administrator - Avaya

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in San Antonio, TX has an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced Voice Administrator-Avaya.

Key Tasks:
* Maintain the incident/task queue to close ~40 tickets a day
* Research and document station programming for Teams conversion project
* Working with telecommunication carriers to troubleshoot circuit issues/outages

REQUIREMENTS:
* Hands-on Avaya System Administration experience
* Prior Avaya System Administrator experience (MACD - Moves, Adds, Changes, & Deletes) - prefer to have someone with recent experience
* Carrier circuit experience (Avaya, Spectrum, Verizon, etc.)
* Knowledge of voicemail and ACD (Automatic Call Distribution)
* Ability to diagnose and resolve voice communication issues

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
