Role Overview
We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our growing team and help build the next generation of intelligent, AI-powered solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about large language models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic AI systems, with a strong ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable, real-world applications.
As part of our AI team, you will design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge systems that push the boundaries of applied artificial intelligence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams data scientists, software engineers to deliver solutions that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
AI System Development
Design, build, and deploy RAG systems for advanced information retrieval and knowledge augmentation.
Develop and optimize agentic AI systems capable of autonomous reasoning and task execution.
Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve LLM performance, reliability, and contextual accuracy.
Create and maintain AI pipelines for data processing, training, and inference.
Technical Implementation
Write clean, scalable, and production-ready Python code using ML/AI libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain).
Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, LLaMA) into production environments.
Work with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma) for embedding storage and retrieval.
Ensure performance optimization, latency reduction, and system reliability.
Implement testing, monitoring, and observability for deployed AI systems.
Analysis & Problem-Solving
Translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Benchmark algorithms and models, recommending best approaches.
Debug and resolve complex AI system issues.
Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with data, product, and engineering teams to align AI solutions with business goals.
Create clear documentation of AI workflows, models, and deployments.
Present technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI development.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
Core Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, transformers, langchain).
Experience with LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models).
Proven experience building RAG systems and working with vector databases.
Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, evaluation metrics, and statistical analysis.
Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and software engineering best practices.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
