  • Develop scripts and lightweight automation to streamline common technical support and operational processes.
  • Document procedures, run books, and troubleshooting guides to improve team efficiency.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in cyber security, computer science, engineering, information technology, or other STEM discipline; OR 2+ years of professional experience in information security or cyber security in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with troubleshooting operating system internals for Linux, Windows, or macOS platforms.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Ability to manage a ticket queue and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Experience with information security principles including authentication, access control, encryption, etc.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Hands-on experience with YubiKeys, SSH, public key infrastructure, and basic security concepts.
  • Experience with scripting language(s) for automating repetitive support tasks and building internal tools.
  • Experience with security tools commonly used in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Windows binaries and common malware signatures/patterns.
  • Experience in systems/software vulnerability analysis.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic fast-paced environment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
