Administrative Program Coordinator I supports daily operations for a healthcare prevention and research program. This role acts as a liaison between patients and program staff, handling patient communication, appointment scheduling, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, administrative experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient calls and messages, delivering high-quality customer service
  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding program details, logistics, and next steps
  • Schedule and manage patient appointments, Coordinate logistics for virtual talks, webinars, and community presentations
  • Provide general administrative support for WAMPRC operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree required
  • High School diploma/GED + 4 years of experience may substitute
  • Bachelor’s degree may substitute required experience
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
