OpenText Exstream

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Exstream SME to design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Exstream and a solid understanding of document generation, templates, and variable data printing.

Key Responsibilities:

·       CCM Solution Architect/SME

·       As a consultant, make best practice recommendations for technical and functional changes/upgrade/migration with respect to OT Exstream

·       Design and develop Exstream templates for high volume customer communications

·       Implement enhancements and support production documents

·       Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements

·       Perform unit testing and troubleshoot issues in production environments

Requirements:

·       6+ years of hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (v16 or higher preferred)

·       Ability to set up OT Exstream deployment as a Cloud Native version

·       Good Understanding of Containerization concepts ‿ Dockers, Kubernetes

·       Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and data mapping

·       Experience with batch and interactive processing

·       Familiarity with integration into enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ECM)
