Job Description

We are seeking a skilled with strong experience in TIBCO Business Works, Solace, and Java. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building integrations, developing APIs, and working on event-driven architectures to support enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Integration & Middleware Development

Build integrations using TIBCO Business Works
Develop APIs, services, and workflows
Integrate systems such as ERP, CRM, databases, and external APIs
Handle data transformations using XML and JSON
Work with messaging systems like EMS, Solace, or Kafka

Backend Development

Develop backend services using Java (Spring Boot)
Build REST APIs, microservices, and business logic
Integrate applications with messaging platforms (Solace, Kafka, etc.)
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases

Event-Driven Architecture (Solace)

Design and implement event-driven systems (Pub/Sub model)
Configure queues, topics, and event brokers
Ensure low-latency and high-throughput messaging systems
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize message flows

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with TIBCO Business Works
Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
Experience with messaging systems (Solace, EMS, Kafka)
Understanding of API development and system integrations
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and middleware concepts
Experience with XML, JSON, and data transformation
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Middleware technologies
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
