Position
overview
We
are looking for a strong Data Scientist with a heavy Python and analytical
background to join our team. This role is focused on deep data analysis,
exploration, and enrichment rather than traditional ETL development.
You will work extensively with Python data frames to uncover insights, detect
anomalies, and transform raw data into meaningful, decision ready outputs. The
results of your analysis will be visualized in our BI platform (Power BI) and
used directly by stakeholders for data driven decision making.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets,
solving open ended analytical problems, and clearly communicating insights
through data and storytelling.
Responsibilities
Perform
deep data analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA) using Python
Transform,
enrich, and analyse large datasets using pandas and polars
Identify
trends, patterns, and anomalies in complex datasets
Design
analytical approaches to solve ambiguous and open ended problems
Prepare
high quality, analysis ready datasets for reporting and decision making
Visualize
insights and analytical results using Power BI
Collaborate
with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical solutions
Validate
data quality and ensure accuracy of analytical outputs
Communicate
findings clearly through dashboards, reports, and written insights
Requirements
Strong
Python skills with a focus on data analysis
Solid
data science background with hands on analytical experience
Proven
experience with pandas and polars (both required)
Strong
experience in: Data exploration, Statistical analysis, Anomaly and outlier
detection
Experience
working with BI tools, preferably Power BI
Ability
to think analytically and creatively when solving complex problems
High
attention to detail and data quality
Ability
to work independently in an analytical role
Nice
to have
Experience
with AI / LLM based analysis or data enrichment
Familiarity
with machine learning models for anomaly detection or pattern discovery
Experience
translating analytical outputs into executive level insights
