Develop, design, debug, deploy, and analyze applications, queries, stored procedures database schema, pipelines, software programs. Review requirements, technical solutions, projects, code, risks, sprints, APIs, security, story estimations, tasks, versioning, scaling, root causes, health, performance, scalability, data integrity, data migration and transformation, audits, release management, acceptance criteria, target architecture, multithreading. Troubleshoot, fix bugs, and enhance codebase. Confer with team, integrate services with external systems, perform refactoring, modernize legacy systems, and perform automated, unit, and integration testing. Maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams, analyze client/user needs, recommend validation plans. Use Java, J2EE, SQL, Agile, RESTful Web Services, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Jira, IntelliJ IDE, Eclipse, CI/CD, Jboss, JDBC, Spring Boot, Java Servlets, STS, BitBucket, Splunk. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and 2 years experience in the proffered position, or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing pipelines; reviewing requirements, code, APIs, security, health; performing troubleshooting, and unit, and integration testing; using Java, J2EE, SQL, Maven, Jenkins, IntelliJ , CI/CD, Spring Boot. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $186,161 to $186,200/yr.
