Analytics Solutions Lead
Project Overview

A leading organization in the healthcare and analytics space is expanding its footprint by building advanced, AI-driven solutions that help pharmaceutical companies better understand patient behavior, improve treatment adherence, and enhance overall patient experience.

This role sits at the intersection of Commercial Pharma Analytics, AI-enabled insights, and patient journey analytics, supporting the organization's ambition to become a credible, data-driven partner to the life sciences industry.

As an Analytics Solutions Lead, you will act as the primary liaison between internal data science teams and external pharmaceutical stakeholders. You'll deliver high-touch analytical consulting, translate complex patient-level data into actionable insights, and help shape commercial use cases leveraging proprietary healthcare datasets.

This is a highly visible, delivery-focused role requiring strong executive presence, exceptional storytelling ability, and deep expertise in pharma commercial analytics and patient data. While coding is not required, fluency in healthcare data concepts and the ability to guide technical teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive insights that improve patient outreach and overall experience
  • Partner with AI and data teams to extract insights from structured and unstructured pharmacy data (e.g., side-effect signals, treatment drop-off drivers)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between pharmaceutical clients and internal analytics teams
  • Deliver high-touch, consultative support to ensure stakeholders receive clear, actionable insights
  • Translate complex healthcare data into commercial use cases, including:
    • Patient journey mapping
    • Discontinuation behavior analysis
    • Prior authorization trends
    • Prescription fill and drop-off insights
    • Market access barriers
  • Present findings to senior stakeholders through compelling storytelling and executive-ready materials (PowerPoint)
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in pharma commercial analytics
  • Strong experience working with:
    • Claims data
    • Pharmacy data
    • Patient journey analytics
  • Proven ability to present insights to senior leadership with strong executive presence
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, evolving analytics environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with prior authorization and prescription behavior analysis
  • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and data insight generation
