ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Python Backend / Clinical Data Ingestion Engineer to build scalable healthcare data ingestion services that process clinical data into modern cloud platforms. You will develop secure APIs, event-driven ingestion pipelines, and backend services supporting FHIR interoperability on AWS and Databricks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop Python backend services and REST APIs.
• Implement FHIR-compliant integrations and OAuth authentication.
• Build Kafka-based event-driven ingestion pipelines.
• Develop reliable ingestion workflows on AWS and Databricks.
• Implement monitoring, logging, retry, and error handling.
• Collaborate with architects, platform engineers, and QA.
