Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven Data Center Network Associate to support daily operations within a critical Data Center environment. This role focuses on hands-on smart hands/eyes support, Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) administration, and close coordination with network, server, and vendor teams to ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality infrastructure operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience with structured wiring, cabling, and cable management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or holidays, as operationally required.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to following established processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on smart hands/eyes support for Data Center operations.
  • Maintain accurate asset, power, and rack information in DCIM tools (e.g., DCTrack).
  • Manage and resolve work orders through ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Install, cable, test, and troubleshoot copper and fiber connectivity.
  • Support server, storage, and network deployment tasks in coordination with engineering teams.
  • Escalate critical issues and coordinate with vendors for repairs and service needs.
