Job SummaryOur client, a Top 100 Automotive company, is seeking an experienced Full Stack React and Node.js Developer to build modern, scalable applications that power critical digital experiences across the organization. In this role, you'll work throughout the full software development lifecycle-from architecture and coding to testing and deployment-creating both intuitive user interfaces and reliable backend services. You will collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and architects to deliver customer-centric solutions in a forward-thinking, cloud-native environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand real use cases, pain points, and business needs-advocating for user-focused design and functionality.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Evaluate functional and technical requirements to determine optimal technology stacks, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
- Create high-level architecture documentation describing system components, data flow, interfaces, and service interactions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX/UI designers, architects, and product managers to ensure cohesive, scalable solutions.
- Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces aligned with modern design principles.
- Develop and maintain backend APIs, microservices, and server-side logic using Node.js.
- Implement development best practices including test-driven development (TDD), CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards.
- Define, implement, and enforce testing strategies and processes across the development lifecycle.
- Optimize application performance and proactively introduce new technologies to enhance efficiency.
- Support secure software development practices including encryption, anonymization, and endpoint protection.
- Stay informed on emerging tools, frameworks, and cloud capabilities; actively contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications- Completed Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
- 6+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years of hands-on software development
- Experience developing both front-end applications and backend services/microservices
- Strong experience with React
- Strong experience with Java or Node
- Strong experience with APIs
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or equivalent cloud computing service
- Experience with Git
- Strong communication skills
