Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead a greenfield Salesforce implementation, building a new Salesforce environment from the ground up. This is a strategic, hands-on architecture leadership role requiring experience delivering multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations, guiding technical teams, managing project delivery, and engaging with senior stakeholders and executives.

The role reports to the Head of Marketing and will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define architecture, establish implementation direction, and deliver a scalable Salesforce ecosystem aligned with marketing and enterprise needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, greenfield Salesforce implementations, from architecture and solution design through delivery.
• Define Salesforce architecture, technical standards, integration strategy, and implementation best practices.
• Guide engineering and implementation teams while providing architectural direction and delivery leadership.
• Partner with marketing leadership, business stakeholders, and executives to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee implementation and integration across Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Lead Data Cloud implementation, including data ingestion, data modeling, data unification, and segmentation.
• Design solutions leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and/or Marketing Cloud Next.
• Manage project planning, execution, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery.
• Evaluate opportunities to leverage Agentforce or Einstein AI capabilities in the new Salesforce environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience as a Senior Salesforce Architect leading multiple full-cycle Salesforce implementations.
• Proven experience building new Salesforce environments through greenfield implementations, not solely enhancing existing orgs.
• Hands-on implementation or technical leadership of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) on a live project is mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate practical experience with data ingestion, data modeling, unification, and segmentation. Certifications or proof-of-concept experience alone are insufficient.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and/or Marketing Cloud Next.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Excellent project management, solution delivery, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
• Ability to guide teams and own architectural decisions rather than operate solely as an individual contributor or coder.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and/or Einstein AI.
• Experience designing scalable, integrated Salesforce ecosystems.
• Ability to balance enterprise architecture, marketing requirements, technical execution, and business outcomes.
