Senior SAP SD Consultant - Variant Configuration (VC) / CTO-ETO

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Variant Configuration (VC) and Configure-to-Order (CTO)/Engineer-to-Order (ETO) business processes. The candidate should possess deep understanding of sales order processing, configurable materials, BOM management, and end-to-end order fulfillment processes in complex manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP SD solution design and implementation for CTO/ETO business processes.
  • Configure and support SAP Variant Configuration (VC) models, classes, characteristics, dependencies, and configurable BOMs.
  • Design and support Sales Order BOM processing and configurable product structures.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
  • Support integration across SD, MM, PP, VC, and PLM systems.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, solution design workshops, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Provide functional leadership and guidance to business stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of SAP SD experience.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Variant Configuration (VC).
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Order BOM and configurable materials.
  • Extensive experience in CTO and ETO manufacturing environments.
  • Strong integration knowledge across SD, MM, PP, and Engineering processes.
  • Experience with S/4HANA is preferred.
