Supply Chain IT Manager (or Sr Manager)

Onsite in Santa Clara, CA or Tempe, AZ

(Contract or Regular Full-Time)

Looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and mentor supply chain planning teams while driving operational excellence and process improvements.

  • Develop and execute demand, supply, inventory, production, and S&OP planning strategies.
  • Evaluate, design, and implement Blue Yonder/JDA planning solutions and integrated supply chain processes.
  • Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, including system implementation, data migration, testing, and user adoption.
  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align supply chain capabilities with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of Supply Chain Planning and Supply Chain Management experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Yonder/JDA Supply Chain Planning solutions.
  • 3+ years of people leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Demand Planning
    • Supply Planning
    • Inventory Optimization
    • Production Planning
    • Capacity Planning
    • S&OP / Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
  • Proven success managing enterprise-scale supply chain planning transformations and software implementations.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, high-tech manufacturing, or complex discrete manufacturing environments.
  • Experience conducting platform evaluations, software selections, and fit-gap analyses.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Semiconductor, Electronics, High-Tech Manufacturing or Industrial Manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of Oracle or other enterprise ERP platforms.
  • Experience integrating Blue Yonder solutions with ERP, MES, APS, and manufacturing applications.
  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, CLTD, PMP, or equivalent professional certifications.
  • Prior consulting, digital transformation, or supply chain modernization experience.
  • Experience leading global or multi-site supply chain planning organizations.
