Summary

Contract to Perm opening for a Lead, CRM & Loyalty Marketing professional to drive customer engagement, retention, and personalization initiatives through CRM and loyalty marketing strategies. This role will lead lifecycle marketing campaigns, manage cross-functional projects, and help optimize customer communications across multiple channels.

Required Experience:

  • 4+ years of CRM and lifecycle marketing experience
  • 2+ years supporting or managing loyalty programs
  • 2+ years working with marketing technology platforms
  • Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong background in customer segmentation, personalization, and engagement strategies

Preferred Experience:

  • Restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, or other consumer-facing industry background
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar tools
  • Experience with email, SMS, push notification, and omnichannel campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Support loyalty and retention marketing initiatives
  • Build personalized customer engagement strategies
  • Partner with analytics, digital, and operations teams
  • Manage campaign execution, reporting, and optimization efforts
