  • Lead enterprise integrations between Dynamics 365 and upstream/downstream platforms using REST APIs, GraphQL, event-driven architecture patterns, and cloud-based data ecosystems.
  • Partner with data engineering teams to design and support data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and consumption frameworks, including Microsoft Fabric and enterprise analytics environments.
  • Establish and enforce engineering standards, application lifecycle management practices, governance controls, and DevOps processes that promote platform stability, performance, and scalability.
  • Champion secure-by-design principles, ensuring compliance with enterprise security, privacy, auditability, and access control requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership during production support activities, acting as the escalation point for complex issues spanning CRM, integrations, APIs, and data platforms.
  • Mentor engineers and technical contributors, conduct design and code reviews, and foster continuous improvement in engineering quality and delivery practices.
  • Collaborate with product management, architecture, and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Support testing, deployment, release readiness, and operational monitoring activities, including performance, resiliency, and security validation.
  • Evaluate and enable emerging capabilities, including AI-powered platform features, while ensuring responsible data governance and adoption practices.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise application development with a proven track record designing and delivering large-scale business technology solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales and/or Customer Service) and Power Platform technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex Dynamics 365 implementations, including solution architecture, platform configuration, and custom development.
  • Deep expertise in Dataverse data modeling, security architecture, business process automation, plug-ins, custom APIs, JavaScript, and C# development.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, GraphQL, event-driven architectures, and real-time or batch processing patterns.
  • Hands-on knowledge of data ingestion, pipeline development, orchestration, observability, error handling, and enterprise data integration practices.
  • Experience working with Azure services, cloud-native integration technologies, and modern DevOps practices including GitHub and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, source control, and application lifecycle management.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled platform capabilities to improve engineering productivity and business outcomes while maintaining strong governance controls.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-relevant recommendations.
