Summary

Our Montreal based client, is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Delivery Lead for a long term HYBRID contract, Bilingual (French & English) -is mandatory. The consultant will drive end-to-end data migration activities for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. This role will lead strategy, execution, and governance of complex data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and business readiness for go-live.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute data migration strategy (scope, extraction, transformation, mock loads, and cutover)
Lead cross-functional teams (functional + technical) to deliver migration activities
Establish and enforce data governance, mapping rules, and validation protocols
Act as the primary liaison between business and IT stakeholders
Identify risks in ETL processes and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure data is fit-for-purpose and aligned with S/4HANA requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bilingual (French & English) - mandatory
8+ years SAP experience, including 2+ full-cycle S/4HANA implementations in a leadership role
Strong expertise with SAP data migration tools (LSMW, LTMC/Migration Cockpit)
Solid understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP) and data dependencies
Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders

Nice to Have:

Experience in large enterprise or manufacturing environments
Exposure to complex legacy system transformations

Hybrid role based in Montreal
