Summary
- Onsite 5 days in NYC office
- Experience with MAC and Windows
- Preferably comes from Apple environment or similar
- Great communication skills
- 4+ years of experience in a corporate IT environment, with increasing levels of autonomy and technical ownership.
- Proficient in administering and troubleshooting SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and Zoom. Experience with Jira administration is a plus.
- Comfortable working with MDM solutions (Jamf preferred), and managing endpoint security tools and compliance workflows.
- Bring strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and Windows, and can independently resolve complex hardware and f software issues.
- Supported networks and connected devices, and have experience with Ubiquiti or similar networking environments.
- Familiar with the command line and have working knowledge of basic scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar) to automate tasks or improve support workflows.
- Understand enterprise IT security practices and compliance requirements, and incorporate them into daily operations.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating independently while also contributing to the broader goals of a global IT team.
