Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support quality assurance initiatives by providing valuable feedback, suggesting improvements, and assisting with the development and implementation of processes and tools that enhance quality standards. You will also handle complex transactional tasks and offer support on escalated issues, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure optimal quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support quality assurance efforts by providing feedback and proposing enhancements to processes and tools.
- Perform complex transactional support tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist and support on escalated questions and issues, offering timely resolutions.
- Interact with client personnel across a variety of information to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
Required Skills:
Experience in supporting quality assurance functions, or an equivalent mix of experience through work, consulting, training, military, or education.
Demonstrated ability to manage transactional tasks and support quality-related activities effectively.
Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and client personnel.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with internal governance frameworks or structured enterprise problem-solving methodologies.
- Prior experience in a support or administration role within quality assurance or related fields.
