Role: IT Project Manager / Demand Management Project Manager

Location :- Remote

Duration :- 12month

Core responsibilities:

Manage cross-functional IT projects from initiation through closeout
Support the Business Solutions Delivery team with project intake
Gather and document business and technical requirements
Coordinate with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors
Guide projects through IT development, review, and approval processes
Support or implement demand management programs
Maintain strong business relationships and service delivery coordination

Must-have skills:

End-to-end IT project management
Demand management experience
Project intake and approval processes
Business communication and stakeholder management
Microsoft platforms
Business relationship management
IT service delivery knowledge

Nice-to-have:

Microsoft Power Platform
Experience improving project intake and governance workflows
