Gross Annual Base Salary: USD 86,000 - 112,000

Additional variable compensation and benefits may apply. Total compensation is based on experience, skills, and location using objective, job-related criteria.

Summary

The Compensation & Data Analyst is a key member of the People Operations team, supporting both compensation programs and the integrity of people data across HR systems. This role is responsible for compensation administration, data validation, audit activities, and ongoing data governance to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable people data. Working closely with HRIS, Total Rewards, Benefits, Finance, and other cross-functional partners, the analyst helps maintain data quality, support compensation processes, and enable accurate reporting and analytics across People Operations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Data Integrity & Validation: Conduct regular audits of HR data across systems, including UKG, ATS, Pave, Globalization Partners, and benefits platforms, to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Data Maintenance & Quality: Support ongoing data hygiene efforts for people data, including updates, standardization, and corrections to ensure data consistency across systems.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, People Operations, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment across data sources.
  • Compensation Duties: Own survey participation and management, bonus administration, compensation audits, benchmarking, cash compensation cycle support, job administration, reward letter administration, and compensation data management in all compensation portals.
  • Data Privacy & Security: Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive people and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, information security requirements, and company policies related to data handling and access management.

Required Education and Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, HRIS, or a related analytical role.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting Compensation or Total Rewards programs.
  • Experience working with data in systems such as HRIS platforms preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data validation, formulas, and data cleanup.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Advanced experience with HR data sets.
  • Experience with compensation survey participation and market benchmarking.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools and data warehouses such as Power BI or Snowflake.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and discrepancies in data.
  • Ability to work with large datasets across multiple systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
