We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Drive the building of industry-leading systems, and improve user experience, content ecosystem, and platform security. Build machine learning (ML) models and implement ML-based strategies to improve system infrastructure. Lead and conduct code reviews to ensure delivery of end-to-end ML solutions. Own the full stack ML system and optimize algorithms and infrastructure to improve recommendation performance. Build new pipelines for ML model training or iteration. Partner with cross functional teams to design product strategies and features and build solutions to support platform's growth. Mentor junior Machine Learning Engineers and interns.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics (any), Mathematics, Finance, or a related quantitative field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics (any), Mathematics, Finance, or a related quantitative field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Optimizing, training, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow; Coding using Python or C++; Using Python or R to analyze, process, and cleanse large quantities of gathered data; Designing customized data visualization dashboards based on user requirements to enable consolidated results drawn from data to support business decision making; Designing, developing, testing, and executing rules and algorithms to analyze large quantities of data and identifying stakeholder defined patterns and anomalies to detect fraud and mitigate risks; and Consolidating data insights into actionable recommendations and presenting findings to stakeholders to support business decisions. Job Information

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $198360 - $416100 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
