Description

SAIC has an immediate need for a Software Engineer to support the Supporting Strategic and Operational Rockets and Missiles (STORM) located onsite at Redstone Arsenal.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Support requirements management, design, coding, implementation, and testing
Use and/or application of technical principles, theories, and concepts
Knowledgeable regarding the tools used to manage software requirements, work packages
Contribute to to assignments to completion and communicate blockers in a timely manner
Supports preparation of detail design with embedded software for military systems

Qualifications

?REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proficiency in basic computer skills, virtual meeting, and using cloud based tools.
Solid work experience with customers/resolving issues while meeting schedule requirements.
Must possess good oral and written communications skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be motivated, adaptable, and flexible
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to encourage, inspire, and participate in teamwork

Active Secret security clearance (ship)
