CADD Support Consultant

Role Overview
CADD Support Consultant supporting CADD software, workspaces, standards, documentation, and user support in an engineering environment. The role primarily works with Bentley OpenRoads Designer and OpenBridge Modeler, along with legacy CADD platforms.The position is based in Atlanta, GA and is open to candidates within the 100 miles radius of Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day CADD user support and troubleshoot ServiceNow tickets
• Install CADD software and assist with external user workspace installations
• Support development, testing, and implementation of CADD software and workspaces
• Maintain engineering software standards, documentation, best practices, and workflows
• Develop and conduct CADD software/workspace training sessions
• Investigate emerging CADD technologies and recommend improvements
• Document and revise business processes for new and revised CADD software requirements
• Develop CADD software best practices and workflows

Required Skills
• CADD software development, testing, and implementation
• Bentley OpenRoads Designer and OpenBridge Modeler
• Bentley InRoads, MicroStation SS2, CAiCE, and Bentley MicroStation
• Business process documentation and revision
• Visual Basic
• Python
