Key Responsibilities:
- Automate data extraction using AI-driven tools to provide actionable data for strategic decision-making.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows to integrate our current data sources with ETL streams
- Develop and distribute content through AI-enhanced platforms to optimize reach and engagement.
- Generate AI-enabled insights using data from a variety of sources to enhance drive data driven decisions
- Conduct strategy analysis by leveraging AI tools to evaluate market trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Data Analysis
- Dashboard Development (Power BI / Tableau / AI )
- Retail / CPG Domain Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience with a focus on automation and AI-driven workflows.
- Proficiency in AI tools (Either Claude, Gemini, or Cline, Open AI, Co-Pilot, DeepSeek) and platforms for data analysis, reporting, process optimization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of retail operations.
- Ability to look at data and analyze to build key insights
- Curious mindset with strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience in retail operations within the technology or consumer electronics industry.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools for content creation, System Integration, and distribution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with KPI reporting and performance analysis using AI analytics.
