SAP Controlling (CO) Lead (Visa independent only)

Title: SAP CO Lead
Location: St. Louis, MO or remote w/ some travel
Role Summary
Senior SAP Controlling (CO) Subject Matter Expert responsible for leading Product Costing and COPA design, configuration, and deployment within the SAP landscape.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and configuration of Product Costing (Cost Center Accounting, Cost Object Controlling, Material Ledger).
• Configure and optimize COPA (Profitability Analysis – costing-based and/or account-based).
• Drive integration with FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Conduct business workshops, gap analysis, and solution blueprinting.
• Support period-end closing, variance analysis, and margin reporting.
• Provide production support and performance tuning post go-live.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in SAP CO (Product Costing & COPA).
• Strong integration knowledge across Finance and Logistics modules.
• Experience in agro business environments preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
